Hi Tech Technology was established with a singular focus: to manufacture precision components that meet the exacting standards of Indian Railways' track maintenance ecosystem. From our facility in Faridabad's Mawai Industrial Area, we serve supply chain partners including Plasser & Theurer, India — one of the world's leading manufacturers of track maintenance machinery.

Our in-house machine shop combines CNC turning, VMC milling, grinding, honing, slotting, hobbing, and gear grinding under one roof. This breadth of capability allows us to take a component from raw material to finished, inspection-ready part without outsourcing critical operations.

We specialise in hydraulic cylinders and piston rods, precision-machined shafts, gears, bushes, and a wide range of custom components. Every part we produce is manufactured to drawing, with quality checks at each stage of production.
